This is a nice hotel in a neat building. The room is modern and spotless, comes with single beds and the balcony. It has lovely staff. Overall different food, plus there is Symposium close by.

The all-inclusive dining was a letdown, with the same basic meat served in different shapes every day and a lack of variety. The superficial cleaning of rooms often left unpleasant surprises, and noise from outside traffic disrupted sleep. The pool was often overcrowded, not exactly the oasis it looked like in pictures, and the hard mattresses left much to be desired in comfort. The claim of 24-hour beverage access didn't hold up, as drinks had limited hours and the costs for extras added up quickly.

The location near the beach is really convenient, and the staff provide a lot of assistance for local travel. The pool area can get overcrowded, making it hard to find a quiet spot. I appreciated that they had a children's playground. The Wi-Fi connection was quite unreliable .

The room was reasonably spacious with a nice balcony, a definite plus for enjoying the fresh air. The hotel's proximity to the beach made daily visits easy. I appreciated the pleasant outdoor spaces for lounging. Housekeeping maintained a decent level of cleanliness in the common areas, which enhanced the overall experience. The food options were quite limited. Most meals seemed to center around basic salads and uninspiring pasta dishes. I encountered issues with the air conditioning, as it malfunctioned a couple of times, causing discomfort during warm nights. The staff was sometimes unresponsive when addressing concerns, lacking the proactivity I'd hope for. A notable incident involved a waiter charging extra for a drink even though I'd ordered just one. These experiences.

pleasant stay but room comfort lacking
The lobby greeted us with a warm atmosphere, as the reception staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating. Beach facilities were well-organized and provided a wonderful experience for lounging. I appreciated how the hotel ensured ample access to sun loungers, providing us with comfort every day while we relaxed by the pool.
The Standard Twin Room felt cramped at times, impacting our overall comfort.
